Abstract—This paper addresses the problem of optimal distribution of base tower placement (BTS) while maintaining acceptable quality of service. The rising number of cell phone users and the custom of cell phones in remote spans have commanded the web ability providers to rise their coverage and spread it to all places. Various approach for optimal tower placement is discussed here.
