Abstract—Thousands of cars and other vehicles pile up on the road every year adding to the traffic. Cars, buses and trucks roll over the main roads and highways while also the cars crawl their way through the narrow roads within the city. Traffic means possibleaccidents. In this paper a programmable anti-collision device is built using a simple concept of radar to control the occurrences of road mishaps. The programming environment used here is Embedded C, with a microcontroller.
